Third Weigh In

After 14 days on Tony Ferguson my total loss is 11.2 kilos and 20.5 centimetres off my waist!

My immediate goal is to achieve a total loss of 15 kilos, with 20 kilos next after that.

This weigh in I lost 0.4 kilos and 1.5 centimetres off my waist! (happy with this, 5 days since my last weigh in, my last loss was huge and I tend to lose either kilos or cms)

NOTE: My weigh in days are no longer regular and on Saturday, they will be whenever I have days off work.

This week I’ve had a few treats (small scoop of No Added Sugar icecream), too many meals out (Char Kway Tao, Wonton Noodle Soup with pork and bokchoy, Mixed Vegetables in Garlic sauce, Mongolian Beef with onion and capsicum, Beijing Noodles), a few serves of dried fruit in place of real fruit (including an extra fruit serve), extra protein, plus three serves of banana bread (bananas do not always play well for me with weight loss).

I think I need to do better on less eating out and always eating my proper fruit, although my treats were good this week. I think no more than 2 serves of banana bread for me per week in future. I freeze them, so I don’t need to eat them all at once.

Day 10 – Wednesday

Breakfast – 1.00pm
TF Espresso Shake with ice – three icecubes makes it huge and fluffy!

Vitamins – 2.00pm
Simply Balanced
Simply Chromium

Preparation – 2.45pm
Make TF Banana Bread for tomorrow, freeze three portions. – Done!
Tony Ferguson Banana Bread is yummy hot, cold or frozen!
I make it with 1/4 cup of fibre (I don’t like the texture with 1/2 cup, too wet and rubbery) and Splenda as the sweetener. I use GladBake paper in a non-stick flat square silicon cake mould so it’s easy to get out and then I divide into four squares when cooked, and cut each of those in half to make two long pieces for each serve.

If you usually have your shake plain, check out the other Tony Ferguson Recipes for Shake Variations too.

Lunch - 3.30pm
Chilli Lime Salmon Fillet with a huge pile of snowpeas

Shake & Fruit - 7.15pm
TF Banana Bread

Drink - 10.30pm

Dinner - 11.59pm
Chicken Char Kway Tao with bean shoots

(last fruit – see following day)

RDO to Night Shift
This is the day I go from a rostered day off to night shift, so I need a big sleep in and sometimes a nap or two. If you have any suggestions, let me know, I’m still working out the shift thing.

Second Weigh In

After 8 days on Tony Ferguson my total loss is 10.8 kilos (10 kilo milestone!) and 19 centimetres off my waist!

My immediate goal is to achieve a total loss of 15 kilos, with 20 shortly after.

This weigh in I lost 1.5 kilos and nothing off my waist! (not bad for only 4 days since my last weigh in)

NOTE: My weigh in days are no longer regular and on Saturday, they will be whenever I have days off work.

This week I’ve had two treats, both after this weigh in:
1 big scoop of No Sugar Added icecream and a Mini Blues Chocolate Wafer.

I am keeping treats to a minimum and sticking to the basics.
