			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>I weighed in yesterday, at 145.8 kilos. I have an even longer way to go than before. I did a brief trial of Lite &amp; Easy with my husband but put on a huge amount of weight. All the potatoes, rice and pasta just didn&#8217;t suit my body, so it&#8217;s back to TF for me. It works for me, as long as I follow the program. My challenge is to keep on track, every day, until I get to my goal weight (from a chart) of 65 kilos.</p>

<p>After many extended breaks from the Tony Ferguson program (it works whenever I&#8217;m on it!) I&#8217;m doing a full restart, with a new baseline. I&#8217;ve been finding it hard to be motivated when I keep comparing my old numbers with my new ones.</p>
<p>My health hasn&#8217;t been great the past year or so and weightloss hasn&#8217;t been a big priority, staying out of hospital has!</p>
<p>My first goal is to achieve a loss of 5 kilos, with 10 the next goal after that.<br />
My long term goal is to reach 65 kilos. Now this is a number I&#8217;ve picked off a chart, as I get closer I may move it up or down.</p>
<p>My new baseline is 145.9 kilos and my waist is 133 cms (measured at the elbows). My BMI is 55.2 which makes me super obese on the World Health Organisation ranking (A BMI of &gt;50).<br />
80.9 kilos to go.</p></div>

After 21 days on Tony Ferguson my total loss is 11.8 kilos and 20.5 centimetres off my waist!
My immediate goal is to achieve a total loss of 15 kilos, with 20 kilos next after that.
This weigh in I lost 0.6 kilos and nothing off my waist.

<p>After 21 days on Tony Ferguson my total loss is 11.8 kilos and 20.5 centimetres off my waist!</p>
<p>My immediate goal is to achieve a total loss of 15 kilos, with 20 kilos next after that.</p>
<p>This weigh in I lost 0.6 kilos and nothing off my waist.</p>
<p>NOTE: My weigh in days are no longer regular and on Saturday, they will be whenever I have days off work.</p>
<p>This week I&#8217;ve had three extras and three treats. Extras were protein serve, avocado, extra piece of fruit. Treats were TF chocolate, four wafers and small scoop of No Added Sugar Icecream.</p></div>
