I weighed in yesterday, at 145.8 kilos. I have an even longer way to go than before. I did a brief trial of Lite & Easy with my husband but put on a huge amount of weight. All the potatoes, rice and pasta just didn’t suit my body, so it’s back to TF for me. It works for me, as long as I follow the program. My challenge is to keep on track, every day, until I get to my goal weight (from a chart) of 65 kilos.
