Big salad of iceberg lettuce, fresh truss tomatoes, fresh basil, tuna and a tsp of garlic olive oil.

Snack - 7.00pm
Warm Rhubarb & Apple in Raspberry Jelly (2nd TF cookbook)

Dinner - 8.00pm
Paul Newman’s Beef Bolognaise with zucchini, onion, carrot, green capsicum & mushrooms.

Dessert - 10.30pm
TF Caramel Shake Pudding
