After many extended breaks from the Tony Ferguson program (it works whenever I’m on it!) I’m doing a full restart, with a new baseline. I’ve been finding it hard to be motivated when I keep comparing my old numbers with my new ones.
My health hasn’t been great the past year or so and weightloss hasn’t been a big priority, staying out of hospital has!
My first goal is to achieve a loss of 5 kilos, with 10 the next goal after that.
My long term goal is to reach 65 kilos. Now this is a number I’ve picked off a chart, as I get closer I may move it up or down.
My new baseline is 145.9 kilos and my waist is 133 cms (measured at the elbows). My BMI is 55.2 which makes me super obese on the World Health Organisation ranking (A BMI of >50).
