TF New Wild Berry Shake with ice – three icecubes makes it huge and fluffy!

A fresh Calypso Mango

Lunch - 12.30pm
French Country Chicken Tonight with broccoli

Fruit - 4.00pm
Gala Apple

Preparation – 1.00pm
Make Chicken Tonight Cacciatore with mushrooms and capsicum – Done!
Make Beef Bolognaise with onion and loads of red capsicum – Done!

Shake - 6.30pm
TF Munch Bar

Dinner - 9.45pm
Beef Bolognaise with onion and loads of red capsicum

Fruit - 1.30am
Gala Apple - extra fruit, ate very early today

Treat - 3.00am
TF Milk Chocolate

RDO to Night Shift
This is the day I go from a rostered day off to night shift, so I need a big sleep in and sometimes a nap or two. If you have any suggestions, let me know, I’m still working out the shift thing.
