Day 19 – Thursday

Breakfast – 9.00am

Extras – 11.00am
Guacamole made with 1 avocado, 1 clove of garlic and a splash of lemon juice – perfectly ripe avocado, yum!
Four cheese wafers

Vitamins – 1.45pm
Simply Balanced
Simply Chromium

Lunch - 2.00pm
Nando’s Chicken Salad

Fruit - 7.30pm
White Peach

Dinner - 8.15pm
French Country Chicken Tonight with broccoli

Dessert
- 10.30pm
TF Caramel Shake made with 150ml of water and a small scoop of No Added Sugar Icecream.

Day Shift to RDO
This is the day I had a day shift the day before, now a day off, still in normal time. If you have any suggestions, let me know, I’m still working out the shift thing.
