Ingredients

1 Tony Ferguson shake (try Chocolate or French Vanilla)

2 teaspoons of Simply Fibre

50ml water
- I serve of fruit to top your pancakes – raspberries, sliced orange, sliced or mashed banana
Method
- Prepare your fruit so it is ready to top your finished pancakes

Mix all remaining ingredients into a batter and pour two round pancakes in a nice hot frypan - if you use a shaker, this will take a while to get the batter out, it’s THICK
- Place on a pretty plate and arrange your fruit on top
Recommended for breakfast on the weekend, or an extra special breakfast any time.

Ok how did ur pancakes turn out? Mine didnt work, tasted just awful. Next time u make then can u snd me a pic? so far I can only make the shakes into custard, pankcakes & cookies didnt work but then again they require cooking not just boiling water……lol
